TEMPORARY RESIDENCE CARD (TRC)
A Temporary Residence Card (TRC) is issued to foreign nationals whose primary purpose for staying in Poland is to pursue full-time higher education (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or doctoral studies).
Eligibility for a TRC:
- You must be enrolled in full-time studies at a Polish higher education institution.
- Foreign nationals participating in a preparatory course to study in Polish or English may also apply if their stay will exceed 3 months.
A TRC allows you to legally stay in Poland for the duration of your studies, provided your residence is longer than three months.
